1. Final Sale Commitment

No Returns After Purchase Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Hygiene & Integrity Standards

No Returns on Opened Products for hygiene reasons, once the seal of a perfume bottle is broken, opened, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This protocol is our commitment to ensuring the integrity and freshness of every product we ship.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged (leakage, broken bottle, or missing items) or you receive the incorrect product, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

• Timeframe : The issue must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Evidence : You must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video (starting from the unopened courier package until the damage is clearly shown). This video is mandatory to ensure a smooth resolution and to verify the condition of the shipment.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Pre-Dispatch : You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.
• Post-Dispatch : Once processing and dispatch begin, cancellations are no longer accepted.
• Refunds : For successful cancellations of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
