3. Compliance : In accordance with Indian law, NEIX does not provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
4. User Accuracy : You agree that all information provided during registration or checkout is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for updating NEIX regarding any changes to your information.
5. Service Modifications : NEIX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw access to the Website at any time without notice or liability.
6. Third-Party Links : Our Website may contain links to external "Linked Websites." NEIX does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or availability of these external sites.
7. Access Denied : We reserve the right to deny service or website access to anyone at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations or disrespectful conduct.

● PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Acceptance of Orders

All information on the Website constitutes an "invitation to treat" and not a binding offer. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which is subject to our acceptance. We may decline an order if:

• Products are out of stock, incorrectly priced, or incorrectly described.
• Payment authorization fails.
• Shipping restrictions apply to your location or product type.
• The delivery address is a freight forwarding service or deemed "inappropriate" by our logistics team.

● Order Confirmation

Acknowledgement : After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance : The contract between NEIX and you is formed only when we send a Shipment Confirmation email.

Account Security

If you create an account with NEIX, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

● PRICING AND PAYMENT

1. Pricing : All prices listed are for the products only. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. NEIX may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed via a Shipment Confirmation.
2. Payment Methods : We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in INR.
3. Verification : The cardholder’s ID must match the details provided during the purchase. All payments are subject to validation checks by the card issuer.
4. Currency : If your payment method is not denominated in INR, your bank may apply exchange rates and fees. NEIX is not responsible for these additional charges.
5. Invoicing : You consent to receiving electronic invoices for your purchases.
   

● DELIVERY AND RISK

• Territory : NEIX currently delivers exclusively within India.
• Processing : Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
• Shipping Partners : Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner
• Data for Delivery : Your name, address, and contact number will be shared with our logistics partners solely for fulfillment purposes.

● CANCELLATIONS, REFUND AND AGE LIMITS

1.  Policy : Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not affect your legal rights under Indian e-commerce regulations.
2.  Age Requirements : By purchasing products that have a minimum age requirement, you confirm you meet the legal age. NEIX reserves the right to cancel orders if we believe the legal age requirement has not been met.

● USER-GENERATED CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.  Submissions : Any material you upload to the Website (reviews, photos, comments) will be treated as non-confidential. NEIX reserves the right to use, copy, and distribute this content.
2. IP Violations : We may disclose your identity to third parties if they claim your posted content violates their intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Moderation : NEIX reserves the right to remove any user-posted material at its sole discretion.

● INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
